We’re looking for a Web Developer who can combine technical expertise with strong front end precision to help deliver exceptional digital experiences for our clients.

The Role

As Web Developer, you’ll play a key role in delivering websites across a variety of sectors, managing projects from scoping through to launch while collaborating closely with designers, strategists, SEO specialists, and paid media teams.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys balancing development, problem-solving, communication, and project ownership within a growing agency environment.

What you’ll be doing

Website Development & Delivery

  • Build and maintain high-performing WordPress websites for a range of clients
  • Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress websites with exceptional attention to detail
  • Develop responsive, scalable websites using modern front-end technologies and frameworks
  • Ensure websites are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high technical standard
  • Support the ongoing development and improvement of the B9 Framework
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical development solutions

UX, Performance & Optimisation

  • Ensure websites follow UX, accessibility, performance, and CRO best practices
  • Collaborate with wider teams to identify opportunities for website improvements and lead generation enhancements
  • Optimise website speed, usability, and overall user experience

Client Communication

  • Participate in client meetings, project discussions, and technical consultations
  • Provide clear updates on project progress, timelines, and technical recommendations
  • Support project scoping, estimates, and proposal development where needed
  • Maintain professional and timely communication throughout project delivery

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work collaboratively across departments to support wider marketing objectives
  • Stay up to date with emerging web technologies, frameworks, and development trends
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows, processes, and efficiencies
  • Support and collaborate with junior developers where needed

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in a web development role, ideally within an agency environment
  • Strong WordPress development experience
  • Experience converting Figma designs into high-quality responsive websites
  • Strong eye for detail and front-end accuracy
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end development practices
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS and responsive development
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail

Bonus points for

  • Experience with UX/CRO optimisation
  • Understanding of SEO best practices
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks or headless CMS platforms
  • Experience using project management tools such as Teamwork
