What We Are Looking For
We're seeking for a fast and design-conscious Web Developer who can transform Figma designs into high-converting landing pages that accelerate our growth in the AI space. You should have 2+ years of experience with React and modern front-end frameworks, with a track record of shipping results-driven websites. You'll collaborate with our UK and US design and growth teams, owning projects while contributing to our fast-paced environment where your work directly impacts business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage modern web development tools and frameworks to accelerate production
- Transform Figma designs into fully functional web pages within quick turnaround
- Collaborate closely with design and growth teams to translate mockups into pixel-perfect implementations and participate in design reviews to provide technical feedback
- Maintain and ensure brand consistency across the website through practicing and advocating for design and FE frameworks that will help streamline web development
- Drive website performance optimization, achieving top-tier Core Web Vitals scores and sub-second page load times across all devices
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining rigorous code quality standards
- Develop reusable React components that maintain brand consistency while enabling rapid feature deployment
- Work effectively with modern CMS platforms to streamline content updates and page creation
- Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks through continuous monitoring and analysis
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of professional web development experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
- A meticulous eye for detail, delivering high-quality work and owning your projects from start to finish
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks
- Understanding of web performance optimization principles
- Proven experience working with modern CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Contentful, or similar)
- Expert in Figma-to-code workflow with proven ability to deliver completed pages within a day
- Ability to build responsive and mobile-friendly websites
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to code quality
- Background in marketing website development preferred
Preferred Experience
- Understanding of SEO principles and techniques
- Familiarity with A/B testing
- Previous work in agency, startup or fast-paced agile environment is a plus
