About the Role
We are seeking a talented mid-level Framer Designer to join our team in London. In this hybrid role, you'll work on creating compelling web experiences using Framer as your primary design tool. You'll collaborate with our product and development teams to design, prototype, and help implement visually stunning and highly functional websites and digital products.
What will you be doing?
- Designing visually engaging and user-focused web experiences using Framer
- Building interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts
- Creating responsive layouts that work seamlessly across devices
- Staying current with Framer updates and emerging web design trends
- Contributing to our Framer design system and component library
- Presenting and articulating design concepts to stakeholders
What experience are we looking for?
- 2+ years of professional experience using Framer
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design skills and Framer expertise
- Proficiency in creating responsive designs and interactive pages
- Understanding of web design principles and best practices
- Knowledge of design systems and component-based design
- Experience with standard design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to receive feedback constructively and iterate on designs
Nice to have
- Experience with custom animations in Framer
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices
- Understanding of SEO considerations for web design
- Background in UX research or user testing
- Previous experience in agency or product-based environments
- Ability to design custom illustrations
