Role description:
As the Fonoa Web Developer, you’ll own the development and optimisation of Fonoa’s marketing website, our primary channel for driving qualified leads and demand.

You’ll build and maintain a high-performing, conversion-optimised Webflow site that’s fast, accessible, and on brand. Working closely with marketing, design, and content teams, you’ll bring ideas to life through web experiences that help us reach and convert enterprise audiences.

You’ll also serve as the internal technical lead for web quality, collaborating with our external web agency to ensure all work meets Fonoa’s standards for performance, SEO, and design consistency.

What you will do :

  • Build, optimise, and maintain Fonoa’s Webflow site with a focus on speed, accessibility, and performance.

  • Develop structured CMS architectures, reusable components, and scalable templates.

  • Partner with marketing and design teams to deliver accurate, high-performing pages.

  • Oversee QA for agency deliverables to maintain technical and visual consistency.

  • Implement and manage analytics tracking via Google Tag Manager and HubSpot.

  • Continuously monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

You will be a great fit if:

  • You have proven experience developing and optimising Webflow sites in a B2B or high-growth environment.

  • You’re fluent in Webflow, with working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • You understand Core Web Vitals, accessibility standards, and technical SEO.

  • You’re confident reviewing code, managing releases, and communicating technical feedback.

  • You’re highly organised, collaborative, and thrive in a remote-first, async environment.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience managing multilingual or large-scale Webflow projects.

  • Familiarity with Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, or GTmetrix.

  • Experience integrating Webflow with HubSpot or similar marketing technology (martech) tools.

  • Strong eye for design quality and brand consistency.
