The Role

As a Wealth Management Product Owner, you’ll work closely with senior client stakeholders and Capco teams to design, build, and implement products and propositions that respond to a rapidly evolving wealth management landscape shaped by regulatory change, technology advancement, and shifting client expectations.
What You’ll Do
Lead wealth management product initiatives across design, build, and implementation phases
Support client engagements covering product and proposition design, operating model change, and platform transformation
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate strategy into deliverable outcomes
Contribute to regulatory change, risk and controls remediation, and operational efficiency initiatives
Play an active role in Capco’s growth through thought leadership, proposals, and internal initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a Product Owner within wealth management, private banking, or a related consulting environment
Strong understanding of wealth products, client journeys, and end-to-end product lifecycles
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and how they shape wealth management business models
Ability to work across business and technology teams to deliver complex change
A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering sustainable client outcomes
Bonus Points For
Experience designing and launching new wealth products across asset classes and client segments
Exposure to balance sheet products such as Lombard lending or asset financing
Background in operating model design, digital transformation, or platform implementation
Familiarity with New Product Approval processes and product governance
Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, or IMC
