Job Description
As a Wealth Consultant within our Nutmeg Savings and Investments team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our assets under management (AUM) by making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers. Your mission is to provide exceptional customer support while educating clients about our products and investment styles. You will collaborate with the Wealth Manager team to strengthen client relationships and drive new business opportunities. This role offers a dynamic environment where your proactive approach and commitment to customer satisfaction will be highly valued.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to increase AUM and provide outstanding customer support.
- Engage with customers from online journey dropouts and test new campaign strategies.
- Educate customers on market trends and address any concerns they may have.
- Discuss Nutmeg products and investment styles, assisting with website queries and cross-selling opportunities.
- Adapt communication style to suit individual customer needs, demonstrating empathy when required.
- Partner with the Wealth Manager team to manage client relationships and generate new business.
- Take ownership of your sales pipeline and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and internal developments to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
- Manage time effectively, ensuring customer experience remains a priority even when handling multiple tasks.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Proven sales and retention experience.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs set by your manager.
- Experience with investment products such as ISAs and pensions.
- Demonstrated ability to add value to the customer journey.
- RDR Compliant Level 4 qualification (CISI, CFA equivalent) or willingness to study towards it within 18 months.
