What will I be doing

As the VP Sales for EMEA, you are the primary architect of our growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will build and lead a high-performing team to secure multi-million pound partnerships and licensing agreements  with Tier-1 energy utilities and retailers, navigating complex, long-cycle enterprise sales while building a repeatable, data-driven sales engine.

In this key leadership role, your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Revenue Leadership

  • GTM Architecture: Partner with the CCO and Growth team to define and execute the EMEA go-to-market (GTM) strategy, ensuring we exceed annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets.
  • Market Influence: Act as a definitive thought leader at global industry events, positioning Kaluza as the gold standard for energy intelligence and optimisation.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure the "voice of the customer" informs our roadmap and that our global commitments are operationally feasible.
High-Stakes Deal Execution
  • Enterprise Mastery: Directly lead and close complex, multi-year enterprise contracts with major utility providers.
  • Negotiation Leadership: Drive high-level strategy for RFPs and complex negotiations, ensuring Kaluza wins the industry’s most transformational deals.
Scaling & Operational Excellence
  • Team Orchestration: Hire, coach, and retain a world-class team of Sales Directors and Account Executives across the EMEA division.
  • Data-Driven Growth: Implement rigorous forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline to ensure predictable, scalable growth.
 About You

You are a "Player-Coach" who thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments. You have the strategic depth to sit at the executive table and the grit to roll your sleeves up and get into the weeds of a complex enterprise sale when it matters most.

Ideally you’ll have/be:

  • Executive Experience: Deep experience in senior sales leadership, specifically within complex B2B SaaS, Infrastructure, or EnergyTech.
  • Mission-Driven: Passionate about climate tech and the global shift toward renewable energy; you want to solve the energy crisis, not just sell software.
  • Data-Obsessed: You use metrics and hard data to challenge anecdotes and drive high-stakes decision-making.
  • Culturally Agile: A proven track record of managing international teams and closing deals across diverse European and Middle Eastern markets.
