Commercial Strategy & Executive Enablement
Be the single point of accountability for global sales data - delivering real-time performance visibility, board-ready reporting, and predictive insights that inform GTM strategy.
Lead annual GTM planning cycles including quota setting, headcount modelling, comp planning, and territory design across Sales, SDR, CS, and Marketing.
Partner with the CRO and GTM leadership to operationalise strategic OKRs and remove friction across the revenue lifecycle.
Revenue Operations Leadership
Oversee the global RevOps organisation across Sales Operations, Enablement, and RFP Management.
Build scalable processes and systems that drive efficiency and clarity across deal management, pipeline health, and sales forecasting.
Lead performance-driven initiatives to enhance team productivity and commercial impact, leveraging AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and decision-making.
Own the end-to-end commission process - ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with performance metrics.
Tech, Tools & Infrastructure
Own and optimise the GTM tech stack (incl. Salesforce, reporting tools, and enablement platforms) to drive data hygiene, automation, and adoption.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives that simplify workflows for GTM teams and empower frontline execution
Board & Stakeholder Reporting
Prepare and present GTM performance reports and strategic insights in Quarterly Board Meetings.
Establish and track KPIs through regular Business Plan Reviews, surfacing risks, opportunities, and trends.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Operate as a strategic connector between Sales, Finance, Product, HR, and the CEO office to drive alignment, unlock insights, and execute with precision.
Maintain and enforce global Rules of Engagement, account assignments, and territory clarity
Candidate Profile
Experience & Expertise
Strong experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Ops leadership roles in fast-paced B2B SaaS or tech environments.
A master of sales data - skilled in forecasting, quota modelling, performance tracking, and driving data-backed decision-making.
Executive-level presence and communication - capable of influencing at C-suite and Board level.
Hands-on Salesforce expertise and comfort with managing complex data sets across Excel/Google Sheets and BI platforms.
Deep understanding of how GTM teams operate and scale - including compensation models, enablement, and pipeline management.
Proven success leading high-performing ops teams and complex cross-functional initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or similar) a plus.
