Position Summary

Hex Trust is seeking a motivated and sales-oriented professional with a strong background in crypto or financial services to join our Client Management team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of institutional clients, driving growth within both the client accounts and the broader ecosystem while enhancing client experiences.

As the main point of contact for clients, you will oversee the entire relationship and orchestrate discussions across custody, trading, staking, and financing. This role offers the opportunity to engage with influential institutional players in the industry, such as crypto funds, VCs, blockchain foundations and token projects. By understanding our clients' unique needs, you'll work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive growth and enhance engagement with Hex Trust.

This role requires high emotional intelligence, a passion for account planning, sales, and business development, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. The ideal candidate is proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong passion for the digital assets industry, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented approach. Responsibility

  • Develop strategic account planning to cultivate strong, profitable relationships within the assigned client portfolio. Identify key opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Build enduring relationships with clients, becoming their primary point of contact within Hex Trust and ensuring their experience with Hex Trust is consistently exceptional.
  • Oversee the entire client relationship by orchestrating discussions across custody, trading, staking, and financing teams.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and seamless client onboarding and client support. Be available to work outside of business hours, demonstrating commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Advocate for clients internally by representing their interests and ensuring their feedback is communicated effectively. Use your credibility to bridge the gap between clients and product teams, promoting enhancements based on client needs. Your efforts will drive a client-centric culture, leading to improved products and stronger relationships.
  • Enhance processes and increase team efficiency and scalability through proactive improvement projects, including automating, simplifying, and improving daily workflows.
Requirements
  • Relevant client-facing work experience, ideally within sales/relationship management /business development within crypto or financial services industries.
  • Confident verbal communication and polished written communication.
  • Ability to thrive and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving, ambiguous environment with changing business strategies and new products.
  • Comfort with flexible hours, including weekends, for comprehensive support coverage.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to understand not only what the client is saying, but also their underlying needs.
  • English is a must. Additional languages (eg: French, Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, and CRM software (such as HubSpot).
  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
