Design technical outdoor apparel built for movement, weather and real-world performance.

At Berghaus, product has to do more than look good. It has to work when conditions change, terrain gets tougher and every detail starts to matter.
As VP Product Management for Berghaus, you’ll lead the global product strategy and seasonal creation process, shaping a progressive, commercially strong and consumer-led product range that reflects our mountain heritage and technical expertise.

You’ll play a key role in defining the next chapter of Berghaus, ensuring our products continue to perform in the toughest environments while driving sustainable commercial growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Define the long-term product and category strategy for Berghaus, translating brand ambition and consumer insight into clear seasonal direction.

  • Lead the end-to-end seasonal product creation process, from concept and briefing through to launch.

  • Champion consumer, athlete and outdoor-user insight to ensure real-world needs influence product priorities and decision-making.

  • Shape range architecture, line planning, lifecycle management and channel segmentation across the global product portfolio.

  • Identify new category, market and product opportunities that can drive commercial growth.

  • Partner with Design, Innovation and Development to bring new materials, technologies and product concepts to market.

  • Work closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Sales and Operations to ensure strong alignment across seasonal strategies and global launches.

  • Lead, coach and develop the Product team, creating a high-performing culture built around clarity, curiosity and collaboration.

  • Continuously improve product processes, tools and ways of working to support faster, sharper and more effective decision-making.

What you’ll bring:

  • Significant senior-level product management experience within outdoor, sportswear, performance apparel, technical equipment or a related consumer category.

  • A strong track record of developing and delivering product strategy and leading seasonal product creation.

  • Strong commercial and analytical capability, with the ability to balance consumer needs, technical performance and business objectives.

  • Deep understanding of consumer insight, market trends, competitive dynamics and product lifecycle management.

  • Experience partnering closely with Design, Innovation and Development teams to bring products from concept through to market.

  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to develop high-performing product teams and influence senior cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate a clear product vision and bring others with you.

  • A genuine passion for the outdoors and connection to Berghaus’ heritage, purpose and ambition.
