We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Partnerships to lead and expand our partner ecosystem including but not limited to freelancers, agencies, system integrators, large consulting firms, channel partners, etc. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our partner network, streamline partner onboarding, and design effective co-selling motions. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving a significant portion of Webflow's annual pipeline and revenue through our partner channel.

  • Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges depending on the cost of labor of the geographic area. The ranges shared may change if you are hired in another geographic location.
  • For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) ranges, meaning that the ranges include both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s market location, job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. Benefits/additional compensation for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; retirement plans; health benefits; and wellness stipends

As our VP of Partnerships you will lead...

  • Partner Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive strategies to expand and enhance Webflow's partner ecosystem, focusing on both growth and quality of partnerships.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of Partner Managers to nurture relationships with agencies and strategic partners, ensuring alignment with Webflow's goals and achieving quota targets through effective partner engagement.
  • Innovation and Growth: Drive innovation and growth as a thought leader and executive sponsor in key client meetings, identifying and pursuing partnership opportunities within the website development space to meet and exceed Partnership team revenue targets.
  • Co-Selling Initiatives: Collaborate closely with the sales and solutions engineering team to develop and execute co-selling strategies that drive joint success with partners.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work in partnership with the marketing team to promote the partner program, attract new partners, and increase engagement within the existing partner community.
  • Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess partner effectiveness and quality of delivery ensuring the partner channel contributes significantly to the company's annual pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve partner-related processes, including onboarding, training, and support, to enhance partner satisfaction and performance.

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.

About You

  • Experience: Minimum of 12 years in partnership management or business development roles within the SaaS industry, with at least 8 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to develop and execute successful partner strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing teams, with a focus on collaboration and achieving results.
  • Sales Collaboration: Strong track record of working effectively with sales teams to develop and execute co-selling strategies.
  • Marketing Integration: Experience partnering with marketing teams to develop programs that attract and engage partners.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize partner performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the web design and development ecosystem, with a passion for empowering creators.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing partnerships with medium to large agencies or consulting firms (e.g., Deloitte) operating in a channel sales model.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology, web development or content management systems.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
