Savanta is seeking a visionary Vice President to head our UK New Business function. As part of our Global Commercial Team, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our client base, entering new sectors, and delivering cutting-edge, tech-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate must have a strong background of Sales with the Market Research industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.  

This role will report into the Global Chief Commercial Officer and is based out of our London office with an expectation to be onsite 2-3 days per week.

About the Role:

This role is a strategic leadership opportunity to shape the future of our commercial success. You’ll be at the helm of our UK New Business function, driving revenue, building high-value partnerships, and expanding our footprint across key and emerging sectors, you’ll be empowered to innovate, influence, and inspire.

This role would suit a tenacious sales professional with a strong grounding in market research techniques and how it is used by our clients.

What you’ll do:

 

  • Lead the UK New Business team - owning revenue targets and building long-term client partnerships across key sectors.
  • Design and deliver commercial strategy - identify new opportunities, markets, and revenue streams, leveraging the full suite of Savanta products and capabilities.
  • Champion a client-first mindset - embed service excellence and innovation, working closely with marketing, delivery, and tech teams.
  • Drive high-value proposals and pitches - engage C-Suite audiences and win major new business.
  • Foster a culture of growth and accountability - develop talent, set ambitious goals, and support recruitment and progression.
  • Promote Savanta’s profile - represent us at external events and through thought leadership.

About You:

 

  • A proven track record of leading high-growth commercial teams and delivering double-digit revenue increases.
  • The ability to engage C-suite audiences with confidence, clarity, and commercial acumen.
  • A passion for building teams that thrive on innovation, accountability, and client-first thinking.
  • A tech-first mindset and a hunger to help evolve Savanta into a next-gen insights powerhouse.
  • Substantial new business development expertise within the Market Research industry.
  • Extensive proficiency within the SaaS / DaaS industry, particularly in Market Research.
  • Experience in full-cycle sales, from strategy development to execution.
