In this exciting role, once you demonstrate mastering the core CCI HR responsibilities and understanding of CCI's business landscape, you'll leverage this knowledge, to develop business solutions and innovative ideas that meet our organisational needs both now and in the future. Your mission will include delivering commercially sound and pragmatic solutions for all employment-related matters, ensuring seamless integration of people plans and activities, and coaching managers to cultivate positive and productive working relationships with employees.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage day to day HR related activities such as employee relations, performance management, relocations, immigration, HR compliance, employee inductions and onboarding.
Manages relationships and expectations to provide proactive, commercially sound insights and flexible solutions to address HR challenges across the organization.
Create and contribute to Policy and Process development to ensure HR processes and practices are fully compliant with legal and regulatory frameworks
Partner with the other Talent Strategy colleagues globally to ensure exemplary employee experience, proactively suggesting and overseeing improvements across employee lifecycles within all applicable jurisdictions, travelling as required.
Coordinate with CCI Talent Acquisition team on candidate interviews as well as managing local onboarding process of new employees including relocations and work permits.
Plan and execute location specific employee engagement activity, such as town halls.
Direct management of the Administrative support staff, including managing any recruitment (temporary or permanent) as needed.
Partner closely with facilities on floor plans, communications, and risk assessments.
Partner with Global Benefits and Payroll.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
8 - 12 years of HR Generalist experience ideally within Financial Services or a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience of working as part of a global team in a progressively responsible HR Generalist role
In depth knowledge of UK employment law and experience in resolving complex people related issues
Demonstrated ability to communicate with senior level stakeholders.
Prior experience using an HRIS system is required, experience in Workday is a plus
Proactive team player, flexible, dependable, professional attitude
Detail and process oriented.
Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Ability to function with minimal supervision, establish priorities and follow through on them
Ability to work four days in our London office, one day remote.
