Job Description

Reporting to the Global Chief Financial Officer, you will lead and shape the Finance Planning and Analysis function at Jellyfish, driving financial insight and strategy across the organisation. This is a high-impact role at the heart of the business, responsible for connecting data, analysis, and decision-making to deliver sustainable growth. You will foster a collaborative and innovative environment while leading a team of three senior FP&A Analysts.

This role offers the opportunity to influence senior leadership decisions, integrate FP&A into the broader Finance department, and establish new ways of working that improve how financial insights are shared and leveraged across the business.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Lead the global FP&A team, creating a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

• Perform detailed analysis to extract actionable insights, translating complex financial data into clear recommendations.

• Deliver insightful finance planning, forecasting, and analysis to support the C-suite and VPs in strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate closely with the Operations department to consolidate and validate data from multiple sources, including Salesforce and Sage.

• Navigate and manage the complexity arising from a planned major ERP systems migration over the next 18 months.

• Drive the evolution of FP&A processes and data-sharing practices, introducing greater structure, consistency, and transparency across the business.

Qualifications

• A CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification.

• Over 2 years of post-qualification experience leading financial planning and analysis in a global organisation.

• Strong financial analysis and forecasting expertise, with proficiency in ERP and reporting systems.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging and persuading senior stakeholders and C-level executives.

• Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills, able to navigate complex, evolving environments.

• Commercial awareness and analytical rigor to translate data into actionable insights.
