Role Overview
Fresha is seeking a VP of Engineering - Product who will oversee the operational efficiency and successful delivery of engineering projects across the company. The scope of the position is focused on ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of engineering, streamlining processes, and enhancing team performance. You will be expected to drive operational excellence and delivery, aligning engineering goals with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and customer success teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

What you will be doing:
- Project Management - Oversee and drive the delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Operational Strategy Development - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve engineering efficiency and productivity.
- Strategic Alignment - Align engineering objectives with business goals and drive the team to achieve them.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and customer success to ensure seamless project execution.
- Team Management & Mentorship - Manage and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- KPI Monitoring - Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of engineering operations and delivery.
- Project Management Best Practices -Implement best practices in project management, including agile methodologies, to ensure efficient workflow.
- Resource Optimisation and Budget Management - Optimize resource allocation and manage engineering budgets effectively.
- Innovation in Processes - Drive innovation in processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication - Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Compliance and Regulatory Standards - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
