We’re looking for a VP of Account Management to join Thredd in our London office. In this role, you’ll be accountable for the performance, growth, and evolution of the function, owning client relationships from strategic direction through to execution. 

You’ll lead the regional Account Management strategy, shaping how Thredd partners with its clients to drive organic growth through existing relationships, enable product, service, and geographic expansion, and deliver strong client satisfaction and profitability across the portfolio.

Through your leadership, you’ll directly influence revenue growth, retention, and long-term client success, helping position Thredd as a trusted, strategic payments partner for some of the world’s most innovative fintechs and financial institutions.

What you’ll be doing as a VP of Account Management
  • Driving a client-centric culture across the region, owning the end-to-end client experience and ensuring clients reach their full potential
  • Taking regional accountability for client relationships, acting as the appropriate senior point of contact and supporting global accounts expanding into the region
  • Ensuring customer needs, challenges, and priorities are clearly understood and represented across executive and functional teams
  • Managing revenue retention and growth from existing clients, including forecasting, commercial structuring, and company-wide planning support
  • Using Salesforce, data, and reporting to manage pipeline, inform decision-making, and identify further client potential
  • Implementing and continuously improving processes, onboarding approaches, and solutions to support scalable client success
  • Leading and developing the regional Account Management team, providing hands-on leadership, mentoring, and alignment to Thredd’s strategy
What you’ll bring to the VP of Account Management position

▪ Experience working for a payment processor, with a strong understanding of card payments and issuer processing
▪ Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise client relationships with global support requirements
▪ A strong farmer mindset, focused on long-term client value, retention, and expansion
▪ Confidence engaging, influencing, and messaging at C-suite and senior stakeholder level
▪ Ability to partner effectively with global peers and cross-functional teams
▪ Highly organised, with a structured approach to managing multiple clients, priorities, and follow-ups
▪ Experience leading and developing Account Management teams in a growth environment

This VP of Account Management position requires you to be in the London office (Holborn) on a hybrid basis.
