What’s the role about?
We are looking for a talented and ambitious student, to join our Creative team as a Visual Design placement student. You will be supporting with the creation of digital assets for promotions and product stories across all Reiss channels.

You will currently be in your second year of studies and will be available to join us for a 52-week placement from July 2025.

Who you are

  • Previous shop floor or head office retail experience is preferred, but not essential.
  • Have a passion for a career in the luxury fashion industry.
  • Always looking to be proactive and problem solve.
  • Work confidently in a team and individually, able to work on your own initiative.
  • Highly organised and strong time management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

What you’ll be doing

  • Create digital assets for brand campaigns, promotions and product stories across all channels including website, email, social, retail partners and paid media channels.
  • Outline competitor analysis, whilst identifying design trends and building weekly research packs.
  • Contributing and supporting the team with creative inspiration on a project-by-project basis. This includes collaborating with the wider Creative team and any relevant internal departments.
  • Develop design presentations and treatments for new campaign and content ideas, in line with the brand’s creative vision and commercial ambitions, ready for pitches and presentations to senior management.
  • Build and maintain a visual inspiration and asset library support the development of new creative concepts including creative templates and design guidelines for the brand, whilst exploring new concepts and ideas to drive the brand forward.
  • Ensure that all output has strong brand and commercial impact, always having the Reiss consumer in mind.
