The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Visual Operations Specialist to join us. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of creative visual projects from conception to completion, ensuring all deliverables align with our brand vision and goals. Your knowledge of production processes and materials will be essential as you ensure each project achieves both aesthetic and functional goals while meeting tight deadlines and budget constraints. Your strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be key to the success of our visual experience initiatives.

Your Impact:

  • Support the planning and execution of creative visual projects from conception to completion
  • Ensure all projects meet both aesthetic and functional requirements while adhering to tight deadlines and budget constraints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate resources, and manage timelines to bring retail displays and in-store experiences to life
  • Assist in creating reporting templates and provide budget support throughout the project lifecycle
  • Share meeting notes and actionable follow-ups after discussions to ensure smooth communication and progress tracking
  • Oversee Asana and ensure the platform is consistently updated with project progress and details
  • Support the creation of project calendars, agency briefs, and VE guidelines to ensure clarity and alignment across teams
  • Research and collaborate with suppliers, ensuring the integration of sustainable materials where possible
  • Oversee the VE budget and invoices using the iProcurement system

Who You Are:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally
  • Flexible and adaptable to change

We would Love to Hear from People with:                

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of production processes, materials, and sustainability practices
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to balance creative and functional requirements while meeting tight deadlines and staying within budget constraints
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Asana
  • Experience in creating reporting templates and providing budget support
  • Fluent in English (additional European languages an advantage)
