The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Visual Experience Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the Visual Experiences function across owned retail, wholesale, and distributor channels. You will lead the window and POS design process, develop concepts for seasonal showrooms, guide regionalization of VE creative schemes, and develop VE training programs across the EMEA region. Your strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be essential for the success of our visual experience initiatives.

Your Impact:

  • Become the brand guardian for EMEA retail and ensure brand standards are upheld across all channels
  • Develop regional seasonal showroom setups ahead of wholesale sell-in, aligning with regional stakeholders on creative solutions and merchandising needs
  • Deliver creative solutions for EMEA windows, managing production and implementation
  • Stay up-to-date on window design and industry trends
  • Ensure a consistent omni-channel approach to experiential design across the EMEA region
  • Manage VE budget (DTC) and showroom budget, and provide seasonal KPI reports
  • Develop excellent working relationships with local sales, trade, and retail teams
  • Manage design process and sampling ahead of new stores and pop-ups opening in the EMEA region
  • Oversee the design, layout, and fixtures in all new owned retail environments
  • Manage the design process and installation of new showrooms or showroom refits for the EMEA region
  • Deliver creative solutions for EMEA windows across owned retail, wholesale, and distributor channels
  • Manage regional in-store merchandising strategy, ensuring commercial goals are met
  • Develop and manage the VE training program for the EMEA region across retail, wholesale, and distributor channels

We would Love to Hear from People with:

  • Relevant Visual Merchandise and Retail experience in a Footwear and/or Apparel Branded environment
  • Strong industry knowledge across divisions—footwear, apparel, and accessories
  • Expert understanding of local market consumers, cultural environment, and commercial needs
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
