The Role:
As a Visual Experience Assistant for UGG, you will support the Visual Experience team across the EMEA region. You will play a key role in supporting window rollouts, new store openings, pop-ups, training events, and maintaining regular communication across brand and outlet stores.
Your key responsibilities will include overseeing EU outlet stores and France stores, managing administrative and organisational tasks, tracking deliveries, and coordinating the shipment of props and tools to stores when required.
You will also be responsible for creating VE guidelines following each marketing story launch to ensure consistency across the region. Collaboration with key stakeholders from Marketing, Retail, Allocation, and Buying teams will be essential to deliver aligned brand executions.
The role will be based at our London Head Office and may require travel within the UK and potentially across Europe.
Your Impact:
- Create monthly VE guidelines for windows to be shared with UGG stores and distributors.
- Ensure stores follow VE guidelines to provide a brand shopping experience to all customers.
- Assist with window rollouts in the UK or France.
- Assist with potential store openings and pop-ups.
- Provide stores with photo feedback reports.
- Assist showrooms with their setup.
- Oversee organizational and administrative tasks.
