About Ravio

Compensation has a huge impact on our lives – it affects where we live, how we plan for the future, and whether we feel valued at work. Yet for too long, pay decisions have been opaque, based on guesswork, and inconsistent.

Ravio is changing that. We're building the future of fair pay by making compensation data transparent, accessible, and actionable. Our platform helps organisations make confident, equitable compensation decisions backed by real-time market data. We're trusted by fast-growing companies who believe their people deserve better like Skyscanner, Octopus Energy, and Wise.

The role

We're looking for a talented Visual Designer to help shape Ravio's visual identity and create beautiful, impactful designs across our brand and marketing touch points. You'll play a key role in how thousands of people experience our brand globally, from the first impression on our website to daily interactions with our platform.

This is an opportunity to make your mark on a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, working on everything from brand design and marketing campaigns to design systems and employer brand initiaitives. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and the wider Design team to bring ideas to life and ensure our visual language resonates with HR leaders and compensation professionals.

What you'll do

Create exceptional visual design across web, product, and marketing materials that strengthens Ravio's brand and drives user engagement.

Shape our brand identity by evolving our visual language, design system, and creative direction as we scale.

Design for growth by creating compelling assets for marketing campaigns, social media, sales materials, presentations, and product launches.

Build and maintain our design system, creating reusable components, templates, and guidelines that enable consistency and efficiency across the company.

Partner cross-functionally with product designers, product managers, marketers, and engineers to understand needs and deliver solutions that balance creativity with business goals.

Push creative boundaries while maintaining design excellence, exploring new visual styles, motion, and interactive elements that differentiate Ravio in the market.

What we're looking for

You have 2-3 years of professional visual design experience creating visual assets for companies that lead their category, whether in-house or at an agency. Your portfolio showcases your range and demonstrates strong craft across digital and brand design.

You're proficient using Figma. You work efficiently in modern design tools and can create everything from pixel-perfect interfaces to custom illustrations.

You have a strong foundation in design fundamentals including typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy. You understand what makes designs feel polished and professional.

You're versatile across design mediums. You're equally comfortable designing a landing page, creating social graphics, or crafting illustrations and icons.

You have excellent communication skills. You can articulate your design decisions, present work confidently, and collaborate effectively with non-designers.

You have a collaborative mindset. You thrive on feedback, enjoy working with cross-functional teams, and see design as a team sport.

You're self-directed with strong time management. You can juggle multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and deliver high-quality work on schedule.

Bonus points
  • Experience with, or interest in, motion design, animation, or video production

  • Knowledge of data visualisation principles

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and design implementation

  • Background in HR tech, compensation, or related B2B domains

  • Experience building and documenting design systems
