R/GA designs businesses & brands for a more human future


Our Designers are makers and storytellers that use design to bring ideas to life. They lead projects into uncharted creative territories and synthesize new outcomes. They’re design fundamentalists, but approach projects with a systems and stories mindset. They identify user needs, interpret client challenges and define visual language, always mindful of how it looks and how it behaves. 


As a Visual Designer at R/GA, you’ll contribute to concepts, design strategies and systems, and partner with senior team members to create visual design artifacts. We are looking for a mix of conceptual thinking, design craft and flair to create meaningful and memorable work. 

Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Visual Designer at R/GA:

On any given day you might

— Create best in class design outputs in line with agency standards.
— Create designs such as user interface, design systems, layouts, brand identity, iconography and assist with presentation narratives.
— Concept and collaborate with strategy, creative, UX and technology to execute design work.
— Work closely with senior team members to execute the design craft and creative vision.
— Maintain the quality of design throughout all phases of the project.
— Participate constructively in inter-department and cross-service line communications
— Execute design work to ensure final deliverables meet R/GA standards and client expectations.


The ideal person


— Has a proven ability to produce cutting edge creative work, and a solid understanding of design.
— Has a passion for design and is aware of emerging trends and technologies.

— Has a proactive, positive attitude and engages with the team around them.
— Demonstrates excellent attention to detail when creating design artifacts and assets.
— Must have experience in creating user interface designs for responsive websites, products and mobile applications.
— Has good presentation skills.
— Exhibits good communication skills within the agency team and with clients.
— Takes constructive criticism with ease and grace.
— Embraces challenges and new methods of thinking.
— Is able to create and craft award winning work.


 You bring

— 3+ years commercial agency experience or similar
— Solid foundation in design fundamentals and methodologies
— Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Keynote
— Prototyping experience
— Motion design experience is a plus
