We are looking for an immediately available full-time Visual Content Account Coordinator with experience in photography for the next 6 months (with the possibility of extending the contract after this time). We’re looking for someone who can help us analyse and assess photo galleries and communicate with campsites to help them improve the images on our platform.
About the role 

  • Review campsite photo galleries in line with our guidelines, identifying opportunities to improve image quality and coverage
  • Communicate with campsite managers to explain which images are required and why, and support them with enquiries related to photo requirements and uploads 
  • Proactively contact and regularly follow up with campsite owners by phone and email to support and chase the upload of good-quality required images until listings meet our photography guidelines
  • Maintain accurate campsite account records

About you 

  • Able to work 37.5 hours per week from March until the end of August (6 months) 
  • Able to start immediately
  • Happy to work within the UK time zone on a self-employed basis
  • European languages are a plus (French, Spanish, Italian, German and/or Dutch)
  • Previous experience in account management, account coordination, or a similar role, ideally managing B2B accounts in a fast-paced environment (e-commerce experience preferred)
  • Experience working with online portals or SaaS
  • Background in short-let accommodation, outdoor/property management, or the travel industry is desirable 
  • Strong attention to detail, organised and methodical
  • Internet savvy and technologically astute - you will need to understand our photography technical requirements and upload process, and provide support to campsite owners
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of outbound calls and emails
  • Strong communication skills, including an excellent telephone manner
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

Contract details
  •  Project-based contract: 6 months
  • Remote role, open to candidates based in the UK or Europe 
  • Hourly rate will be £15 per hour, to be invoiced monthly.
