Job Description

Team Summary:

Visa Direct Enterprise Client (VDEC) Group focuses on the top global revenue generating accounts across the suite of products and solutions.  Our mission is to provide exceptional support to this portfolio of clients and to bring them new market-leading offerings that create tremendous value and delight end consumer users as well as meet clear areas of demand for payment and related services across money movement.  The team will introduce innovative technologies to enable and secure Visa money movement transactions around the globe.  This team will be responsible for top line revenue growth of these multi-region, global clients.  To affect this transformational support effort, we are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about our customers bringing innovation and delivering truly differentiated user experiences for their specific marketplaces.   Successful execution of this role will be achieved through a combination of excellent communication skills including presentation of highly complex scenarios in a meaningful and impactful manner, deep VD product and payments industry knowledge, and a passion for taking Visa’s rapidly expanding money movement offerings to this key set of clients. 

Role Summary:

Data and Insights Analyst is a newly created role that will support the business in assessing txn and revenue performance of these key clients, spearheading a unified global approach serving the critically important and uniquely complex operations across multiple regions. This person will liaise across regional operations and partner with global client corporate champions to drive growth of our clients. The position reports into Head of Strategy & Ops, VDEC while working closely with Visa’s head of Data of Insights for the Visa Global Client team and client executives to create value systematically and transparently.

Qualifications

• Dedicated professionals: Strong detail orientation, ensuring the highest level of quality/rigour in understanding client portfolios and identifying risk areas or areas of improvement

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the design and build financial analyses, dashboards and other data visualization tools to help drive insight in to client performance
• Work with appropriate teams to produce insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve client performance, boost growth, drive understanding of client issues and provide strategic guidance for client priorities across the verticals and segments
• Create compelling presentations and visualisations to illustrate findings, ideas, recommendations within consulting engagements and more broadly
• Use data and apply analytical rigor to help provide insight, bringing life to management information and adding value to business decisions
• Hands-on skills in cleaning, manipulating, analysing, visualizing large data sets.
• Partner with peers in other functional areas (e.g., sales, marketing, innovation, products) and across global regional teams to execute projects in ways that leverage the breadth and depth of Visa’s resources
• Collaborate with local client relationship managers/other functional teams to understand our clients’ business objectives and support client engagement and execution
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, legal, business operations, product groups) to develop standardized views for both internal and external audiences focused on performance reporting across products, programs, and services.
• Comfortable working in a complex and often ambiguous environment, to drive rigorous, fact-based analytics to senior management, other executive, functional, or regional management while supporting syndication with stakeholders across the organization.
• Identify relevant market trends based on a deep analysis of payment industry Information. Interacting with several internal and external stakeholders for the strategic definition of analysis and initiatives.
