The Position:

As a Junior Demand Planner, you are part of the Planning team of the Americas and Europe Travel Retail business and will play a crucial role in building an accurate forecast alongside the commercial team.

Your primary objective will be to be the link between the operations, commercial, finance and marketing team and provide support for the Demand Planning activities. You will also be responsible for managing and overseeing the S&OP process for a part of the demand planning activities.

What You Will Do:

1. Demand Planning:

  • Drive an accurate rolling 18‑month demand forecast in Anaplan, making full use of advanced forecasting features (including supply constraints, promotions, sell‑out modules, and AI tools).
  • Track and analyze key KPIs for your assigned customer portfolio.
  • Integrate key outcomes from S&OP meetings into each new forecasting cycle.

2. Collaboration and Communication:

  • Build strong partnerships with sales, marketing, and supply teams to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Lead cross‑functional training sessions on Demand Planning whenever new Anaplan features or S&OP enhancements are introduced.
  • Support standardized processes and ways of working across the Americas and Europe.

3. Projects:

  • Act as the supply chain lead for New Product introductions, coordinating activities across teams to ensure smooth launches and an excellent customer experience.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in demand planning or supply planning.
  • Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of Anaplan and/or JDE is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required.
