Video Producer, Truly

As a Video Producer you will produce compelling, entertaining and inspiring short-form documentaries across our different strands on Truly.

The Video Producer will manage, plan and execute stories from across the globe working closely with the team to ensure high quality content.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Senior Producer, Truly, you'll;

• Produce shooting briefs for every green-lit story in your series
• Collate necessary paperwork per shoot and working with the production team
• Be across shoot budgets for individual episodes
• Communicate clearly with external Videographers of what is expected from them per shoot
• Be creative with the content; make sure each film has a clear narrative
• Experience in post production; writing scripts, edit producing with an editor and fact-checking the films before it's signed off by the Senior Producer
• Work with a range of stories and contributors and understanding our duty of care protocols
• Pitch in new ideas to help keep our series fresh and exciting
• Write story descriptions/articles that accompany each video being published

• An ability to get the best out of people, keeping them motivated and enjoying their work while hitting some demanding deadlines
• Organised and detailed focus - you will juggle many stories at different stages of the production process
• Drive to success in a creative but pressured environment
• Experience using The Google Suite
