Role Overview

We're looking for a talented, creative, and highly organised Marketing Video Editor to join Fresha's marketing team and help bring our brand to life through compelling, high-performing video content.

This role sits at the intersection of social and performance marketing - you'll be the creative engine behind the video content that stops the scroll, drives conversions, and builds Fresha's brand across paid and organic channels. From social-first content to performance ads, you'll own the editing process end-to-end and work hand-in-hand with our Social and Performance Marketing teams to make sure every asset is built to perform.

Reporting into the Marketing team, you'll be a key creative voice - not just executing briefs, but contributing ideas, staying ahead of platform trends, and helping shape how Fresha shows up through video across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and paid channels.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a video professional who understands both creative storytelling and what makes content convert - and who wants to make a real impact at a high-growth global brand.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the end-to-end editing process across social-first video and performance marketing ads - from raw footage to polished, platform-ready delivery.

  • Work closely with the Social and Performance Marketing teams to produce video assets optimised for paid channels, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.

  • Develop multiple creative variations of ads for A/B testing, iterating quickly based on performance data and team feedback.

  • Stay on top of social platform trends, formats, and best practices - bringing a native understanding of what works on TikTok, Reels, and beyond.

  • Collaborate on creative concepts and contribute ideas for campaigns, brand storytelling, and product-led content.

  • Ensure all video output reflects Fresha's brand identity, tone, and quality standards consistently across every asset and format.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines across social and paid pipelines without compromising quality.

  • Support with filming and contribute to broader design-related assets where needed.

  • Maintain efficient production workflows and asset organisation so the wider team can easily access and deploy content.

  • Added bonus: Create and integrate motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects that enhance storytelling and drive engagement and conversion.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio spanning social content and performance marketing ads.

  • A solid understanding of what makes paid social creative perform - including hook-led storytelling, native formats, and platform-specific best practices.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing and animation tools.

  • A strong eye for pacing, visual detail, and storytelling - with the ability to adapt creative for different audiences, platforms, and objectives.

  • Experience working alongside performance or paid social teams, with comfort around iterating creative based on data.

  • Hands-on experience in filming and video production.

  • A self-starter who can champion their creative vision while staying responsive to feedback and performance insight.

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects across social and paid channels in a fast-moving environment.

  • Flexible and solutions-focused - able to move quickly when briefs evolve or platform trends shift.

  • Video Shooting experience is a plus

  • Experience with performance marketing creative is a plus
