  • Lead and contribute to creative brainstorms, developing ideas from initial hook through to execution.

Scripting & Story Craft (30%)

  • Research and write scripts and interview structures that are clear, accurate, and tailored for social-first publishing.

  • Develop compelling hooks, cold opens and narrative arcs that maximise retention.

  • Identify standout moments from long-form content and plan for compelling short-form clips at the scripting stage.

  • Work closely with presenters and production teams to refine tone and delivery.

Production Collaboration & Delivery (20%)

  • Collaborate closely with the editorial team and YouTube channel manager on thumbnails, titles, and cold opens that drive clicks and watch time.

  • Write, edit, schedule, and optimise social content across multiple platforms to maximise reach and engagement.

  • Use analytics and audience insights to identify performance trends, share actionable learnings, and continuously refine content strategy.

  • Contribute to thumbnail, title and packaging discussions to strengthen performance.

Shooting & Editing (Beneficial) (10%)

  • Editing experience in Adobe Premiere Pro is advantageous.

  • Ability to create static assets in Photoshop or Canva.

  • Support production teams with practical video knowledge to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Used performance data to shape content decisions and drive measurable growth.
