Description

Crystal Cruises is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Trade Sales for the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. This role will be based in London and will be responsible for driving trade sales distribution across the region. The VP will oversee the performance of agency sales, manage inside sales functions, and collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure optimal exposure and results.

Requirements
  • Lead and manage the trade sales distribution strategy across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
  • Oversee the performance of regional sales managers and directors, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to penetrate agency sales and expand market share.
  • Manage inside sales functions and sales support teams to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in trade sales, with a proven track record of success in the travel or cruise industry.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with trade partners and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as required
