VP Of Talent Acquisition
We are seeking an experienced VP of Talent Acquisition to drive recruitment efforts for our Philippine operations, focusing on large-scale hiring and ensuring our talent strategy aligns with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead talent acquisition for a team of 12,000 employees in the Philippines, ensuring recruitment aligns with organizational objectives.

Oversee a team of 45-60 direct reports, including recruiters and talent managers, to meet annual hiring targets.

Manage high-volume recruitment of approximately 4,000-5,000 hires per year, across various levels and functions.

Develop and implement a long-term talent acquisition strategy that anticipates workforce needs and builds a talent pipeline.

Enhance employer branding to position the company as a top employer in the Philippine BPO industry.

Improve recruitment processes using technology, data analytics, and assessment tools for efficiency and quality hires.

Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent acquisition efforts with business growth and expansion plans.

Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and employment regulations.

Foster diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process, reflecting the rich cultural diversity of the Philippines.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in leading large-scale recruitment, particularly in high-volume environments.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience managing large teams (45-60 direct reports).

Expertise in strategic workforce planning and recruitment process optimization.

Strong understanding of the BPO industry and talent challenges specific to the Philippines.

Experience in employer branding and promoting a positive work culture.

Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and recruitment best practices.
