  • Act as the senior marketing advisor to EMEA Risk Advisory leadership, ensuring regional market needs, regulatory nuances, and competitive dynamics are reflected in global initiatives.

  • Adapt and localize global marketing programs, campaigns, and messaging to ensure relevance across EMEA markets while maintaining brand and strategic consistency.

Integrated Marketing Execution

    • Shaping, planning, and executing virtual and in‑person EMEA conferences, sponsorships, and hosted events, including content strategy, communications, branding, and execution.

    • Maximizing exposure of Kroll’s brand, services, and thought leadership across EMEA through PR, media engagement, and targeted advertising initiatives in partnership with Communications.

    • Managing EMEA website content and collaborating with the Digital team to execute campaigns across web, SEO, social, and digital advertising channels.

Go‑to‑Market & Sales Enablement

  • Support EMEA business development priorities, including new service launches, geographic expansions, and key client growth initiatives.

  • Foster cross‑service, cross‑practice collaboration across EMEA to support integrated offerings and joint go‑to‑market opportunities.

Stakeholder Management & Leadership

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with EMEA service line leadership, Global Marketing colleagues, and external vendors to ensure alignment, efficiency, and execution excellence.

  • Serve as a key connector between EMEA stakeholders and Global Marketing teams, ensuring clear communication, escalation, and feedback loops.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop EMEA marketing team members, providing direction, prioritization, and oversight of project delivery.

Performance, Operations & Budget

  • Track and report on EMEA marketing performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness, delivering insights to regional and Global Marketing leadership.

  • Manage the EMEA Risk Advisory marketing budget, including forecasting, expense management, and invoice reconciliation.

  • Oversee regional mailing lists within Salesforce and partner with Marketing Segmentation to execute targeted EMEA campaigns.

  • Monitor EMEA market dynamics, regulatory developments, competitor activity, and industry trends, sharing insights with both regional and global stakeholders.
