VP Connected Commerce - Pet Nutrition - Based London
We're looking for a visionary, digitally fluent and commercially astute Global VP Connected Commerce to lead our end-to-end digital and omnichannel growth agenda.
With Connected Commerce targeted to deliver a significant portion of our global growth over the next five years, this role will be a catalyst for enterprise-wide transformation and value creation.
The successful candidate will evaluate, define and execute a bold Connected Commerce strategy that seamlessly integrates physical and digital retail, sales, marketing, technology, and data to accelerate growth across pure players, omnichannel retailers, marketplaces, and emerging platforms.
You'll be a talented digital / omnichannel leader, who places people at the heart of everything you do. Able to inspire, persuade, and story-tell to a range of audiences, with a eye for detail and a flair for customer-focused innovation.
Leading and inspiring a world-class global team, you'll help shape global partnerships with leading retailers and platforms, and anticipate future trends.

What are we looking for?

  • Extensive experience of commercial leadership, with proven experience in in senior Connected Commerce / digital commerce roles in global or regional CPG, retail, or tech companies. General management experience preferred.

  • Proven track record of delivering transformational growth across digital and omnichannel commerce.

  • Ideally a digital native with strong understanding of eRetailer dynamics, DTC business models, marketplaces, and social commerce.

  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, digital shelf management, and data-driven growth.

  • Experience managing large, globally distributed teams.

  • Inspirational leadership style with the ability to influence at board level and energize cross-functional teams.

  • Strong strategic thinker who is naturally curious on new trends and business models
