We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Field Marketing for the EMEA region to drive our field marketing and channel marketing initiatives. Reporting to the SVP Growth Marketing, the right candidate will be a team player with excellent cross-functional project leadership skills, an excellent communicator and relationship-builder with Sales.

As our EMEA Marketing leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans that drive pipeline growth, strengthen partner relationships, and enhance our brand presence across the region. You will be responsible for managing the marketing budget in region and a distributed team (about 20 people) across more than 5 countries.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing, with deep expertise in field and channel marketing, and a strong understanding of the EMEA market landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all marketing functions and develop a team of about 20 Marketing professionals covering 4 regions in EMEA to enhance our brand awareness and deliver quality pipeline
  • In collaboration with EMEA sales leadership, define, communicate and roll-out marketing plans that are aligned with regional sales objectives
  • Ensure sales, channel and marketing interlock. As a member of the EMEA leadership team, you will actively participate in theater-level leadership meetings 
  • Allocate budgets, select targets, determine the marketing mix, set individual program goals and measurement criteria
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to improve brand awareness
  • Drive Protect Tour event series as well as other global event programs in the region. 
  • Drive partner marketing plan in EMEA to increase engagement, enablement, and mindshare
  • Drive demand generation programs across the region in collaboration with central marketing teams, including digital marketing initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally with global marketing, campaigns and product marketing to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across the region
  • Continuously analyze regional marketing performance, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization and future enhancements
  • Foster a strong growth hacking and pipeline mindset, cultivating a culture of performance and discipline within the team.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated and inspiring individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in field marketing, channel marketing and demand generation functions
  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences.
  • History of budget management, including managing external vendors and creative agencies
  • Experience excelling in matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or enterprise software industries. Knowledge of the Cyber Security market is a plus.
