- Own and manage the product roadmap and delivery lifecycle for tokenized securities and digital assets, from ideation through implementation and BAU support
- Define business and functional requirements for tokenization platforms, including issuance, trading, settlement, custody, and lifecycle event management
- Partner with front office, market structure, and platform teams to evaluate and enable new market models, including on-chain and hybrid settlement constructs
- Collaborate closely with Technology to drive delivery of DLT-based capabilities, smart contract frameworks, APIs, and integrations with existing trading and post-trade systems
- Engage with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Control partners to ensure tokenized products meet regulatory, legal, and policy requirements
- Support establishment of governance, controls, procedures, and documentation around Tokenized Asset product offerings aligned with Wells Fargo's risk and control standards
- Manage dependencies across custody, clearing, settlement, and asset servicing models, including evaluation of atomic settlement, DVP, and accelerated settlement paradigms
- Evaluate and oversee third-party vendors, platforms, and technology partners supporting tokenization initiatives
- Identify, assess, and prioritize future tokenized asset opportunities, including new asset classes and market use cases
- Serve as a domain expert to senior leadership, providing insights on tokenization trends, digital asset market structure, and strategic implications of industry initiatives
- 5+ years of Securities Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in Product Management, Capital Markets, Digital Assets, or Market Infrastructure, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, or education
- Strong understanding of Equities and Fixed Income market structure, including trading, settlement, and post-trade workflows
- Experience with tokenization, digital securities, or blockchain-based market infrastructure
- Familiarity with distributed ledger technology, smart contracts, and token standards
- Experience supporting or delivering custody, settlement, or clearing capabilities for securities or digital assets
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex platforms or strategic initiatives in a regulated financial institution
- Ability to travel as needed
- Willingness to work on-site in accordance with current office requirements
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
