Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do
Own the full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of roles including artists, technical directors, production coordinators, and support staff.
Craft compelling job descriptions and employer branding content tailored to the creative community.
Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, ArtStation, industry events, and referrals.
Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain organized pipelines.
Help shape and execute strategies for diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in recruiting within the VFX, animation, games, or creative tech industries.
Deep understanding of the VFX production pipeline and the roles that drive it.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Established network of talented professionals
Tech-savvy and data-driven; familiar with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Passion for creative industries and the people who bring stories to life.
