Position Summary

Why join our team?
The ESBO Product Management team is responsible for a suite of owned and operated products aimed at our range of Connected TVs, smartphones and tablets. We work very closely with colleagues across global Samsung teams to enhance and expand our services in multiple European territories. These services currently include Samsung TV Plus, Gaming Hub, Art Store, Content Search & Discover, Samsung News and a few more.
For this role, you will join the EMEA Samsung TV Plus team which supports the FAST streaming services across 19 territories but your role will be a global role supporting the B2B side of Samsung TV Plus across the globe.

Role and Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities

You will lead all B2B Marketing channels and internal communications for Samsung TV Plus globally by defining and managing integrated 360 campaigns across PR, CRM, Social & Events to drive Industry awareness and education:

PR

  • Responsible for setting and implementing a strong and local PR strategy for the EU top 5( UK, Germany, Spain, Italy and France) plus the US markets. Work along with local agencies to have the best and most impactful coverage on each market

  • Drive speaking opportunities for our Content Team and Business Leaders at Industry events, workshops and talks. Raise their profile & support expanding their network to ultimately generate better content deals for the platform.

  • Work alongside the B2C Product Marketing Manager to have an aligned PR strategy that appeals to external users, the Entertainment industry and internally at Samsung.

  • Own all press releases, including channel launches & product updates.

  • Lead on Content partner, subsidiary and legal communication to get relevant approvals.

CRM & Social

  • Lead and expand current CRM & social plans to make a bigger impact in the industry. Build a robust strategy with measurable critical metrics.

  • Events

  • Participate on all relevant industry events by either leading with a stand, branding or speaking opportunities, depending on market size, budget and business impact.

  • Lead on GTM plan for each event, align all internal collaborators and ensure we maximise exposure for teams.

  • Raise product awareness by negotiating sponsorships, partnerships or any branding opportunity.

  • Create a solid plan for communicating with audiences about Samsung TV Plus. Either lead on this for EMEA or work along the global teams to ensure we position the service in a strong, consistent way throughout the industry.

  • Own the relationship with local Samsung VD marketing B2B teams and EO to secure promotion alongside their hardware campaigns and act as the main point-of-contact for all business updates, materials and approvals.

  • Work with VD product managers and HQ teams in Korea & US to ensure European priorities are aligned with global focus areas and product updates.

  • Lead all creative and agency relations for B2B marketing campaigns, including finance and budget tracking, strategy, agency briefings and campaign delivery.

  • Own all internal comms & pitching decks use by the Content Team to attract new partners. Ensure branding is consistent and up to date and all teams are using the correct formats.

  • Be the expert in entertainment & streaming marketing. Stay on the pulse of key market trends and analyse usage performance to understand user behaviour. Develop recommendations to grow the service and ensure it is positioned competitively

  • Collaborate with various cross-functional teams (B2C Content & Product Marketing, Editorial, Business Development, Ads) to align on priorities and drive an integrated approach for campaigns.

What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Understanding and experience in working in the entertainment / FAST industry

  • B2B Marketing experience in Agency/Direct fast paced background

  • Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple agencies at the same time.

  • Experience in creating and launching cross-functional marketing campaigns

  • Comfortable analysing and interpreting data

  • Good project management skills, with high attention to detail

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent collaborator across a large organisation able to get results and influence others

  • Self-motivated character and solution focus. We work at a fast pace, so this role needs to be proactive and resourceful.

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent related work experience required

  • Photoshop and Illustrator intermediate knowledge is beneficial
