  • Proactively contribute on business development activity, identifying new opportunities, developing client propositions and contributing to the growth of the VAT practice.
  • Help shape the future direction of the practice, including its propositions, processes and ways of working.
  • Work closely with senior members of the team to develop the practice and identify opportunities across the broader CFGI offering.

What you must have

Nice to have

  • Experience with tax technology, including ERP systems, tax engines, digital reporting, automation, AI or agentic workflows.
  • Broad international indirect tax experience.
  • Experience across both professional practice and an in-house environment.

Who thrives here

  • Someone who takes ownership and wants to influence the direction of a growing practice.
  • Enjoyment of building something new and entrepreneurial.
