About the Role

The candidate will be responsible for processing sales commission payments within compensation plans for all employees in the Wealth and Investment Technologies division, covering Multiple countries, Globally.

The position above is full-time and based in the UK. We are currently operating a hybrid working model where employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of 6 days per Month. The candidate would be expected to attend e the Bracknell office.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all commission components of Compensation Plans. These include commissions on license and service sales
  • Regular communication with the managers of such employees to understand treatment of sales
  • Ownership of the processes within Xactly Incent required to complete all components
  • General understanding of Xactly to help out Variable Compensation manager through the year and also to be able to cover when needed.
  • Assisting in issuance of new compensation plans annually
  • Reconciling closed sales opportunities against signed contracts in Salesforce/Onbase
  • Assisting with GL entries at month end, covering commissions and bonuses Globally

Your Experience

  • Previous relevant experience within Finance/Compensation, in particular multi-currency / multi-entity
  • Experience of the following systems preferred; Xactly Incent and Objectives, Workday, Salesforce
  • Organised and methodical
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Team player, with the ability to help out in other areas if required
  • Good communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to challenge scenarios when necessary
  • Must have a “can do” and flexible approach
  • Past Experience with MS Office applications i.e Outlook/Teams
