The Role

Are you ready to shape the future of value realization in a global consulting environment? As a Value Realization Offering Leader, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing innovative strategies that deliver measurable outcomes for our clients. You will lead a global team, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure excellence in delivery across complex transformation initiatives.

As an experienced leader, you will develop and execute the global strategy for the Value Realization Office (VRO), working closely with the Consult Market Leader. You will be responsible for creating innovative offerings and go-to-market strategies, empowering consulting teams through training and mentorship, and actively supporting business development and sales pursuits.

Your future responsibilities will include overseeing client delivery quality, managing pipeline governance, mentoring junior team members, and building and maintaining strategic global partnerships. You will also manage VRO budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance, while identifying and mitigating risks across VRO initiatives. A key part of your role will be to drive innovation in VRO methodologies and tools, and to represent the organization as a thought leader through publications, conference speaking engagements, and participation in industry forums.

Who You Are

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Advanced degree in business or a related field
• 10+ years of leadership experience, ideally in a global consulting or technology transformation context
• Deep expertise in Value Realization Office (VRO) principles, tools, and methodologies
• Proven track record of leading strategic and delivery-focused VRO initiatives
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and resources
• Experience in risk management and pipeline governance
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong client focus and relationship-building capabilities
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
• Hands-on experience leading complex change and transformation initiatives
• Understanding of global business dynamics and cultural nuances
• Passion for innovation and a demonstrated ability to drive change

• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prosci, Six Sigma)
• Technical certifications (e.g., ITIL, Agile, SAFe)
• Experience with digital collaboration and training tools
• Process design and change management expertise
