We are looking for an exceptional Group Value & Pricing Specialist to join our global Value & Pricing team and play a key role in elevating the firm’s commercial excellence. Working closely with the Group Value & Pricing Director, you will help strengthen the pricing infrastructure, insights, tools and governance that support high-quality commercial decision-making across the Group.

This role is well-suited to individuals with 2–5 years’ experience in a professional services environment who combine analytical capability with strong stakeholder skills and a genuine interest in how firms create and communicate value.

About the Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Contribute to the enhancement of global pricing tools, models, and data structures, ensuring they are robust, reliable, and user-friendly.
  • Support analysis of pricing performance and commercial outcomes, delivering clear, insight-driven reporting to senior leadership.
  • Assist in the development of benchmarking frameworks and pricing guidelines that enable confident, value-aligned decision-making across teams.
  • Play an active role in refining pricing processes, documentation, and governance across the Group.
  • Partner with the Group Pricing Operations Director and the AI Team to help shape emerging AI-enabled analytical capabilities.
  • Support the accuracy, structure, and analytical integrity of the Group sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Finance, New Business, regional pricing teams, and delivery leads to strengthen data flows and deepen commercial insight.
  • Contribute to the development of commercial capability across the firm through training materials, tools, and practical guidance.
What We're Looking For
  • 2–5 years’ experience in consulting, legal services, advisory, or a similar professional services environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret and advise on commercial terms and business implications.
  • Advanced analytical capability, with excellent Excel skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach to data.
  • Experience supporting pricing, bids, project economics, or related commercial processes.
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and collaborating with client-facing teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information while maintaining accuracy and impact.
  • Proactive, intellectually curious, and highly detail oriented.
  • Demonstrated interest in pricing strategy, commercial excellence, and the application of emerging technologies such as AI in business decision-making.
