Essential Job Functions:

• Assisting with the commercial valuation management process, which includes:
• Utilising our proprietary Valuation Management System (VMS Next) to manage and streamline valuation workflows.
• Assisting clients' with VMS Next usage and providing guidance on its functionality.
• Reviewing and analysing valuation reports and underlying calculations for accuracy and reasonableness.
• Working as part of a team to process and document checks, thereby maintaining quality standards.
• Preparing clear and concise executive summaries of key valuation data.
• Interrogating cash flow models and comparable data sets.
• Utilising Argus Enterprise valuation software to create and review valuations, applying both traditional income capitalisation and discounted cash flow (DCF) approaches.
• Conducting market research to evaluate real estate market conditions and establish robust comparable sets.
• Performing market analysis, including advanced data analytics, to identify trends and support valuation assumptions.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• RICS-accredited degree in finance and/or real estate
• 0-2 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and be self-motivated.
• Basic understanding of Commercial Real Estate and Finance.
• Attention to detail and an analytical mind.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Additional language skills beneficial
• Proactive attitude and a desire to add value to client processes and the wider team.

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
