Reporting to the VALORANT Regional Community Lead, EMEA, you will be based in London, Paris or Dubai.

You will be responsible for executing VALORANT’s social strategy across EMEA, covering both Esports and Game content. You will partner closely with teams across the region and global to deliver impactful campaigns, content, and initiatives that connect with our players.

You will also bring deep social media expertise to the role - guiding best practices, supporting teams in their channel efforts, and elevating social operations across the EMEA region.

Please note this is a 12 month contract role, for someone who lives and breathes VALORANT and knows how to turn that passion into meaningful player impact.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the day-to-day success of VALORANT’s EMEA social channels
  • Lead and inspire agency partners to deliver impactful content, real-time storytelling, and community engagement.
  • Translate strategy into standout campaigns that celebrate players, fuel fandom, and amplify the stories that matter most.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure channel growth, health, and cultural impact — and act on the insights.
  • Collaborate with VCT and partner teams to elevate key esports milestones and cultural beats across the region.
  • Champion creative and craft excellence, setting a high bar for tone, innovation, and platform-native storytelling.
  • Stay ahead of trends, ensuring our channels evolve with player behavior, sentiment, and the competitive landscape.
  • Bridge global and regional efforts, adapting global campaigns for EMEA audiences to maximise reach and resonance.
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in social channel management at an agency or in-house in the video game, technology, or entertainment industry
  • Deep understanding of VALORANT or VCT EMEA
  • Global or regional experience working at an international HQ or across multiple countries/markets
  • Knowledge of regional differences, market sensitivities, cultural curiosity and understanding, differences in localisation
  • Experience implementing successful communications campaigns with passionate audiences
  • Fluent in written and verbal English.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in a multinational environment, particularly in the EMEA region.

For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise and a collaborative spirit that prioritizes the delight of players. We will look at your past studies and experience, but for this role, we also look for dedicated people with a personal relationship with games. If you embody player empathy and care about players' experiences, this is the role for you!

At Riot Games, we put players first. That mission drives every decision in our quest to create games and experiences that make it better to be a player. Whether you’re working directly on a new player-facing experience or you’re supporting the company as a whole, everyone at Riot is part of our mission. And just like in our games, we’re better when we work together. Our goal is to create collaborative teams where you are empowered to bring your unique perspective everyday. If that sounds like the kind of place you want to work, we’re looking forward to your application.
