This role is about:
The UX/UI Designer is about crafting user-friendly, visually engaging interfaces across all marketing and web touchpoints, from landing pages to careers and internal sites, ensuring they align with payabl.'s brand. It involves conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders to bring designs to life. This role also focuses on maintaining a cohesive design system, incorporating feedback, and ensuring accessibility in all digital experiences.
You will:
- User Interface Design: Create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for website and other web interfaces that align with payabl.'s brand and enhance the user experience.
- User Experience Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors, and use insights to inform design decisions.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Manager, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with business goals.
- Development Handoff: Prepare all design works for proper development handoff and collaboration. Work closely with developers to make sure designs requirements are clearly executed.
- Design Systems: Create, maintain and evolve the company's design system to ensure consistency across all digital website presence.
- Feedback Implementation: Gather feedback from users and team members to iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
- Accessibility: Ensure all designs comply with web accessibility standards to provide an inclusive experience for all users.
What we need:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer in the SaaS industry, preferably within fintech or payment solutions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and other optimization tools.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS: Basic understanding of front-end technologies to effectively communicate with developers is a bonus.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX Website design work.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve complex design challenges creatively while considering user needs and business objectives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
