Join our team to help customers build better user experiences. In this role, you will work closely with customers to improve their products, refine their strategies, and strengthen their design and frontend skills.

You’ll Help Our Customers Drive Digital Innovation By:

• Understand customer requirements, including user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Provide guidance on user-focused design and frontend best practices.
• Offer hands-on support during product development, focusing on design and frontend tasks.
• Share expertise in visual design, interaction patterns, and modern frontend technologies.
• Create documentation and resources to help partners improve their technical and UX skills.
• Support partners as they develop their own design capabilities.
• Stay in touch with partners to track progress.
• Inspiring and enabling customers by developing and sharing valuable UI/UX content, patterns and best practices.

You’re The Innovator We Need If You Have:

• At least 3 years of experience in UX design and frontend development, ideally in software product companies.
• Familiarity with Mendix and the Mendix Atlas UI Framework is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of modern frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, component libraries).
• Experience working with partners or clients in a consultative role.
• Solid visual and interaction design skills with practical implementation experience.
• Ability to prototype rapidly, be it with paper, hand-coded HTML/CSS, Sketch, FigmaInvision, AfterEffects or others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.
• An amazing portfolio that demonstrates the use of creative and novel solutions to solve complex problems.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
