Who You Are:

We're transforming the complex world of cybersecurity with designs that make the invisible visible. Our DAST solutions help companies catch vulnerabilities before hackers do, and we need a UX designer who can turn technical complexity into elegant simplicity. You'll be the bridge between sophisticated security tools and the humans who use them. If you get excited about solving customer problems, translating technical jargon into intuitive interfaces, and using your design powers (including AI) to protect customers, we want to talk to you!

  • You have 2+ years of UX design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software environments
  • You're comfortable discussing technical concepts and can translate complex security workflows into intuitive user experiences
  • You thrive in agile/scrum environments and enjoy collaborating with engineers, product managers, and customers on technical topics
  • You have a demonstrated ability to learn complex domains quickly and apply that knowledge to your design work
  • You can provide concrete examples of how you've leveraged AI tools to enhance your design process, improve productivity, or generate creative solutions
  • You're experienced in working with component libraries and design systems to create cohesive interfaces that prioritize usability over flashiness, while knowing when innovative design can enhance the user experience
  • You communicate your design decisions with clarity and empathy, effectively advocating for the customer's perspective in technical discussions
  • You naturally bridge the gap between product, engineering, and design teams, focusing on solutions rather than boundaries
  • You're meticulous about the details that transform good interfaces into exceptional ones
  • You leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to validate design decisions and demonstrate business impact
  • You're proficient with Figma and modern design workflows
  • You’ve worked in and updated JIRA or similar ticketing systems
  • You're genuinely interested in application security and motivated to develop domain expertise in DAST
  • You excel in ambiguous situations, can work independently, and take initiative to solve complex problems
Location: Candidates to be based in United Kingdom

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Design intuitive interfaces for DAST, ASPM and AI tools that help customers identify and remediate security vulnerabilities efficiently
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional scrum teams to understand technical requirements and translate them into user-friendly experiences
  • Conduct user research with security professionals to understand their workflows, pain points, and needs
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that balance technical complexity with usability
  • Integrate AI tools into your design workflow to accelerate ideation, improve user research analysis, or enhance design solutions
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented as specified and technically feasible
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' security processes and how our DAST solutions fit into their broader security programs
  • Continuously iterate on features based on user feedback and performance metrics
  • Help establish design patterns specific to security workflows that can be reused across the product
  • Present design concepts and rationales to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
