Job Description
Your key responsibilities include:
- Business owner for users in defined territory with the target of active development, maintenance and growth of existing and potential users
- Identification of local Key Users and elaborate user-potential within the defined area (e.g. big construction sites, manufacturing sites etc.)
- Identifies and drives business opportunities within respective area based on different buying centers of key professional user
- Supports user conversion and user retention by daily visits in building up a close user relationship
- In close collaboration with Business Development managers to process large key professional users and their subsidiaries
- Actively representing innovations, tools, service cross business units to key professional users and their buying center on regular basis
- Work closely with our key distributors in targeting Medium > Large end users focusing on Key innovations
- Development of direct user relationship in close cooperation in the respective region to drive conversion and gain a deep user, market & competitor understanding
- Implementation of central marketing activities and strong collaboration with user and regional marketing for individual measures
- Instruction, training and deployment of test tools at key professional user and our distributors
- Comments on turnover and profit incl. definition of measures via CRM
- Rollout of won tenders within respective area
- Digital user processing within CRM incl. follow up management with key professional user
- Working with Key Distributors to develop End user business
- Actively Train our Key Partners and Pro Colleges
- Support at Key Trade shows
