Job Description

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Target and active development, maintenance and growth of existing users (e.g. big construction sites, manufacturing sites etc.)
  • Target and Introduce NEW users to Bosch Professional Tools, Accessories and Measuring Tools
  • Identifies and drives business opportunities within respective area in conjunction with our dealer network.
  • Supports user conversion and user retention by daily visits in building up a close user relationship
  • In close collaboration with Business Development managers to process large key professional users and their subsidiaries
  • Actively representing innovations across our Professional tools, accessories and Measuring tools to key professional users and their buying center on regular basis
  • Training and deployment of test tools at key professional user and our distributors
  • Support on rollout of won tenders within respective area
  • Digital user processing within CRM incl. follow up management with key professional user
  • Working with Key Distributors to develop End user business
  • Actively Train our Key Partners and Pro Colleges
  • Support at Key Trade shows

Qualifications

  • Sales knowledge: negotiation skills, customer orientation
  • Basic analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel with potential overnight stays
  • Knowledge and skills in B2B sales
  • Ability to lead acquisition topics
  • Strong negotiation Skills
  • Industry Knowledge
  • Native speaking
  • Holder of a full UK driving license
  • Parking Space Required for Company Vehicle
