At Sweatcoin, we’re on a mission to make the world more active - healthier and wealthier along the way. As the leading app that turns steps into rewards, we’ve inspired 200M+ downloads and helped users walk over 23 trillion steps.

About the role:

We’re scaling our Digital Obesity and Lifestyle Support Programme (DOLSP), built with one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies. It supports people living with obesity through education, behaviour change, physical activity and rewards, and helps eligible users navigate towards appropriate obesity care through our healthcare partners.

You’ll own lifecycle engagement for the programme: who enters each journey, what they need at every stage, when to reach them, and what moves them towards the next meaningful action. You’ll sit in the User Engagement team (Growth), report to our User Engagement Lead, and work closely with Product, Analytics, Medical, Legal and Compliance, as well as our healthcare partners. Around 80% of your time is DOLSP; the other 20% supports lifecycle work across the core Sweatcoin app.

What you’ll work on:

  • Shaping and running the DOLSP lifecycle strategy across activation, education, engagement, retention, reactivation and referral into obesity care pathways

  • Building and optimising automated journeys and campaigns across push, email and in-app messaging

  • Using behavioural segmentation and funnel data to grow Qualified Leads and improve conversion at every stage

  • Running experiments on messaging, timing, targeting and channels, and turning the results into clear lifecycle learnings

  • Working with our health partners and internal Medical, Legal and Compliance teams so every communication is accurate and compliant

  • Supporting DOLSP launches in new markets, adapting to local audiences, healthcare pathways and regulation

  • Supporting the wider Sweatcoin lifecycle roadmap across activation, engagement, retention and feature adoption

Apply if you have:

  • 3+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, user engagement or retention, ideally for a mobile app or digital product

  • Experience in pharma, healthcare, digital health or another highly regulated or medically sensitive environment

  • Hands-on experience with a customer engagement platform (Braze, MoEngage, Iterable, Customer.io, Intercom or similar), including A/B testing and behavioural segmentation

Nice to have:

  • Experience in obesity, weight management or metabolic health

  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing regulation and medical/legal approval processes

  • Lifecycle programmes run across multiple countries and languages

Why join the Sweatcoin family:

  • Flexible, remote-friendly working

  • Apple equipment for work

  • Team socials and offsites

  • Dog-friendly London office in Covent Garden

  • Full health insurance, including optical and dental

  • Wellbeing and learning allowances

  • A mission that genuinely matters: getting millions of people moving every day
