  • Demonstrate deep expertise in ad attribution and tracking using mobile measurement partners (e.g., TUNE, Adjust, AppsFlyer, Kochava)
  • Develop mid-to-long-term business and technical ad product strategy to drive next-generation player acquisition at NaturalMotion
  • Lead performance planning for newly launched games, ensuring execution maximizes value and ROI
  • Create advertising plans, define performance metrics, and establish budgets aligned with studio goals—with agility to pivot as priorities shift
  • Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance on an ongoing basis
  • Identify and evaluate new partners, platforms, and optimization opportunities to enhance campaign performance
  • Design test plans, measure results, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with International and Localization teams to support regional advertising strategies

  • Experience in both strategic planning and hands-on daily execution and optimization across medium to long-term initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions without direct authority
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Genuine passion for social, gaming, analytics, and advertising
Bonus Points:
  • Expertise in Mobile Display, SEM, and/or Facebook advertising
  • SQL and/or programming experience
