We’re looking for an experienced General Manager who enjoys leading teams, shaping strategy, and building strong customer relationships. In this role, you’ll have end-to-end responsibility for a key UK Tier-1 operator account, supporting sustainable business growth while delivering value for customers.

You’ll work across sales, pre-sales, delivery, and support teams, helping align efforts to deliver high-quality outcomes and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a cross-functional team (sales, pre-sales, delivery, and support) to define and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Oversee the full sales lifecycle—from opportunity identification through to delivery—ensuring alignment and smooth execution
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet customer needs and deliver successful outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Support performance tracking by monitoring key metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Contribute to account planning, including resource alignment and coverage strategies
  • Foster an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team environment through open communication and feedback
  • Explore market trends and identify opportunities for growth and innovation
Qualifications
  • Experience in leadership roles, ideally within telecommunications or a related industry
  • Background in areas such as Radio, Software, IP/Optics, or Core networkS
  • Understanding of sales processes and working in cross-functional environments
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
     

Nice to have

  • Experience working with communications service providers (CSPs)
  • Familiarity with the UK telecom market and its dynamics
  • Experience shaping strategy for large or complex accounts
